Warranty And Refunds Policy

Warranty:

  • All Our Used/ Unnew/ Preplayed Games have a 48 Hour Faulty return warranty, if the game is faulty it should be returned within 48 Hours we will replace the game purchased , However if we do not have stock of that specific game we will refund or issue you with a in-store credit.
      • Used/ Unnew/Preplayed games will be credited or refunded in accordance with the original transaction.
      • If a trade in was done against the faulty game a in store trade in credit will be issued.
      • If the faulty game was a cash purchase the cash will be refunded for the faulty game.
      • All returned games will be tested until the point at which the reported problem occurred, if we find that there is a fault credit or refund will then be issued.
  • All new sealed games have a 7 Day Faulty return policy, if the game is faulty it needs to be returned within the 7 Day window, we will replace the game purchased , However if we do not have stock of that specific game we will refund or issue you with a in-store credit..

  • New Gaming Consoles carry a 12 Month Warranty
  • New Gaming Controllers carry a 3 Month Warranty
  • All Warranties are only valid for normal usage electronic failure, if the products are dropped warranty is void, if there is any liquid damage warranty is void, if products are opened for repairs warranty is void.
